We are seeking an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to launch and lead a brand-new practice in Maineville, Ohio. Position Highlights:
- Full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday
- Brand-new office with the opportunity to build the practice from the ground up
- Significant clinical autonomy and ownership of daily operations
- Supported by an established hearing healthcare network with locations across multiple states
- Primarily fit Starkey hearing technology
- Strong opportunity for long-term career growth and leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing
- Counsel and educate patients regarding hearing loss and treatment options
- Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids when appropriate
- Deliver exceptional follow-up care and ongoing patient support
- Build relationships within the community to help establish and grow the practice
- Create an outstanding patient experience that encourages referrals and long-term loyalty
