This well-established, family-owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in the Marion, IL area to join our growing team and support our expanding patient base.

This role offers the opportunity to serve multiple practice locations throughout the area and contribute to the development of a new pediatric program—an exciting chance to make a real impact while advancing your career.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with professional daytime hours.

• Primary responsibilities: diagnostic evaluations, patient expectation management, and hearing aid dispensing.

• Opportunity to help build out a pediatric program.

• Travel to various clinic locations across Southern Illinois (mileage reimbursement provided).

• Strong onsite support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and administrative ease.

• Open to recent graduates—mentorship and training available!

Compensation & Benefits:
