Job Details and Responsibilities:

  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday, professional daytime hours.
  • Perform hearing diagnostics and counsel patients on hearing loss.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of amplification and assist with fitting hearing aids.
  • Handle a variety of cases, including complex hearing loss, minor tinnitus management, and pediatric diagnostics.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary plus commission & additional bonuses. Realistic potential to hit 6 figures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A motivated, patient-centric audiologist with a passion for relationship-building.
  • Experience in diagnostic audiology (no ABRs, VNGs, or ECOGs).
  • Comfortable working with a range of ages, including occasional pediatric diagnostics.
